Dunkin' ISO-100 Ingredients
- Hydrolysed whey protein isolate: the primary protein source in ISO-100. Hydrolysed means the protein has been pre-broken into smaller peptide chains, making it faster to digest and absorb than standard whey - commonly used in post-training formulas for this reason.
- Cross-flow microfiltration process: a multi-step purification method used to preserve important protein fractions while removing excess carbohydrates, fat, lactose and cholesterol. This is what gives ISO-100 its lean nutritional profile.
- Essential amino acids (EAAs) including BCAAs: naturally present in whey protein isolate, these amino acids play a role in normal protein synthesis and are commonly used to support recovery between training sessions.
