Shipping policy
Processing TimesΒ All orders are processed within 1β2 business days (MondayβFriday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)Β We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and selected courier partners. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard shipping: 3β7 business days
- Express shipping: 1β3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.
Free ShippingΒ Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. Check the cart or promotions page for current thresholds.
Order TrackingΒ Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the Australia Post website or the carrier's tracking portal.
DelaysΒ While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to high demand periods, weather events, or carrier disruptions. MDM Nutrition is not responsible for delays outside our control.
Damaged or Lost ParcelsΒ If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at mdmnutrition@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
International ShippingΒ We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
